We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or courier delays. Once a product is handed over to the courier, Alif Fragrance is not responsible for transit delays, though our support team will assist you in tracking your order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrances, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions (such as receiving a damaged bottle or the wrong item). Please contact our support team within 24-48 hours of receiving your order with photographic proof if you face any issues.
